When is Shipping Free & When is it Charged
• Free Shipping: Shipping is free for all orders where the billing amount after discount (exclusive of GST) is ₹2,000 or more.
• Billing amount after discount = (Product Price) – (Discount or Coupon Code Amount)
• GST is not included in this calculation.
• Shipping Charges:
If the billing amount after discount is less than ₹2,000, a flat shipping charge of ₹100 will be applied per order.
How Billing is Calculated
1. Product Price – The price displayed alongside each product on our website.
2. Discounts or Coupon Codes – Any applicable discount is subtracted from the product price.
3. Shipping Eligibility Calculation – The resulting amount after discount (excluding GST) is used to check whether free shipping applies:
• If this amount is ₹2,000 or more → Shipping is free.
• If this amount is less than ₹2,000 → A shipping charge of ₹100 is applied.
4. Shipping Charge (if applicable) – If applicable, ₹100 is added to the post-discount product amount.
5. GST Calculation – GST is applied on the subtotal (post-discount product amount + shipping charge).
6. Final Amount – The amount payable at checkout is:
(Post-discount product amount) + (Shipping charge, if applicable) + (GST on this total).
Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Delivery timelines after dispatch:
• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Other Locations: 5-10 business days
• You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

5. Important Notes
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly visible at checkout before payment.
• Free shipping eligibility is calculated before GST.
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or logistical disruptions.
• Currently, we ship only within India.
GST Clarification:
The ₹2,000 threshold for free shipping is calculated before adding GST. GST is applicable on the total amount after adding shipping charges (if any).
