REFUND & RETURN POLICIES

Please note that we follow a strict no return and no refund policy. However, under rare and exceptional circumstances, such as genuine manufacturing defects or breakages during transit, we may consider a return or refund only if all the conditions outlined below are strictly met.
When is a Return or Refund Applicable?
Returns or refunds will only be considered if:
1. The product has a manufacturing defect, or
2. There is visible breakage or damage during shipping, evident upon opening the package
Mandatory Conditions for Return or Refund Approval
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions are non-negotiable:
1. Mandatory Unboxing Video
• A continuous, unedited video of the parcel being opened is essential.
• The video must begin with the sealed outer packaging and clearly capture the product and the issue.
• Any edited, cut, or post-opened videos will be rejected.
2. Report Within 48 Hours
• All concerns must be emailed within 48 hours of delivery.
• No complaints or claims will be accepted after the 48-hour window under any circumstances.
3. Email-Only Communication
• All return or refund claims must be made via email to:

• We do not entertain any return/refund requests through WhatsApp, calls, DMs, or other channels.
No Returns or Refunds Are Accepted For:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect product choice
• Usage dissatisfaction
• Late complaints (beyond 48 hours)
• Absence of valid proof (unboxing video and invoice)
• Requests through any mode other than email
Order Cancellation Policy
We do not offer cancellations once payment is made. Please make sure of your purchase at the time of checkout. All paid and confirmed orders are final.
To Be Eligible for a Return
You must:
• Ensure the product is unused and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
• Share a valid invoice or proof of purchase
• Send a proper return request via email to care@ranaranails.in
• Receive return instructions from us and only then proceed with returning the product
Note:
• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
• Return shipping is borne by the customer
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
Refund Process
If your return is approved:
• We will notify you once the return is received and inspected
• If eligible, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees)
• If Refund is approved the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-15 business days
Shipping Returns
Once approved via email, returns should be shipped to:

• Do not send any product back without prior email approval

• Unboxing video
• Reason for return
• Order details
• Tracking ID of the parcel being returned
• If a parcel is returned without prior communication, we will not be responsible for receiving, processing, or refunding it
• Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed
Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information
To ensure successful delivery of your order, it is essential that you provide:
• Your full name
• A complete and detailed address including flat/house number, building name, locality, landmark, city, state, and pincode
• A valid and reachable mobile number – this number is used by delivery agents to contact you at the time of delivery
Important:
• If a parcel is undelivered, misplaced, delayed, or returned due to:
• An incorrect, incomplete, or vague address
• An invalid or unreachable contact number
• Inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer
Then Ranara Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. takes no responsibility for the non-delivery or return of such orders.
• If we receive such parcels back, we do not guarantee re-shipment or refund under these circumstances
