RETURNS & REFUNDS
Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your Satisfaction is Our Priority.
All the goods are inspected before shipment. Please always inspect your order upon reception. If you received damaged items or products with manufacture defects, missing items from your order, please send your order detail (with problems) to care@ranaranails.in immediately. We will refund or resend new ones within 24 hours once we get your requirements.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at care@ranaranails.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Please Note: 7-day back does not include a free return shipping label. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, excluding shipping and handling. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you didn’t receive your order after 3 months. We will issue full refund for you.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your product, you should mail your product to: A-8, Ground Floor, Block A, Lajpat Nagar II, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110024
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
